What Factories Can Learn From Boardrooms

I work in HR now, but when I was younger I had a career in manufacturing--and I can see interesting differences between the working culture in each environment. I've started this blog to discuss the ways the two universes can interact with each other; the things that offices can teach factories about making workers feel valued on an individual basis, and the things that factories can teach offices about fostering camaraderie within a workforce and helping employees feel like a real team.
